Sunday to Now

That sounds like it should be the title of a song.

After waking up from the ridiculousness that was the Megatrip, it was back to the normalcy (? yarite.) of Castiglion Fiorentino.

I don’t remember a lot of specifics from the past week+, actually. I know that Monday there was an allnighter involved (thanks studio) which resulted in a Tuesday of being out of it. Wednesday was Orvieto, a rather boring little town with a Beetlejuice Church (The interesting thing is, the facade is splendid. The rest looks like Beetlejuice. [Oh wait, there was also one of the chapel-y things {I'm not really an architect, lay off} with a depiction of the Apocalypse. There was an interesting scene with the dead rising for the Last Judgement {interesting how certain phrases just scream to be capitalized <they don't actually scream, but you know what I mean>} that sparked a good conversation on religion and such])

I love parentheses. ([{<Word.>}])

Other than that, Orvieto didn’t hold our attention very long.

The weekend came and went with little excitement. (That’s a lie. But I prefer not to talk about it, y’know?)

Sunday was jacked up, and Monday was residual. Thankfully, I think it’s done for now.

So here we are, at Tuesday.

Tomorrow finds us in Sienna, I believe. Pictures and more pictures.

This weekend we’re cheese-ing it to Pisa and Lucca.

Watch out, Leaning Tower.

We’re coming.
